Política de garantía
JOFEN is committed to providing reliable products and professional after-sales support. This Warranty Policy explains the commercial warranty coverage and after-sales process for eligible products purchased directly from the JOFEN website.
1. Warranty Overview
JOFEN provides limited warranty support for confirmed defects in materials, assembly or product function that occur under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.
2. Warranty Eligibility
The warranty period begins from the date the product is received. To qualify for warranty service, customers must provide valid proof of purchase from the JOFEN website.
For electric scooters, the product model and serial number may also be required during the warranty claim process.
Products purchased from another website, marketplace, retailer, private seller or other sales channel are not covered by this JOFEN commercial warranty and should be referred to the original seller.
3. Warranty Period & Coverage
Warranty coverage varies by component. The periods below apply to eligible JOFEN electric scooters purchased directly from the JOFEN website.
Warranty service applies to confirmed faults caused by defects in materials, assembly or normal product function.

4. Warranty Exclusions
The commercial warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear, aging or routine deterioration;
- Accidents, collisions, impact, overloading or improper use;
- Improper installation, maintenance, charging or storage;
- Water damage caused by use beyond the product's stated water-resistance limits or operating conditions;
- Unauthorized modification, tuning, disassembly or repair where it causes or contributes to the reported fault;
- Use of incompatible or non-approved batteries, chargers, parts or accessories;
- Theft, loss, vandalism or other external causes;
- Removal or alteration of the serial number where this prevents product identification or warranty verification.
Warranty eligibility is determined by the cause of the fault and the condition of the product at the time of assessment.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience a problem with your product, please contact JOFEN customer service to submit a warranty claim.
Please provide:
- Your JOFEN order number or proof of purchase;
- Product brand, model and serial number, where applicable;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem;
- Any relevant error codes or display messages;
- Your current delivery address and contact information.
Additional information or reasonable troubleshooting may be requested if needed to identify the cause of the issue.
6. Warranty Assessment & Solutions
After reviewing the information provided, JOFEN will determine whether the reported issue falls within the applicable warranty coverage.
Depending on the nature of the fault, the solution may include:
- Technical guidance or remote troubleshooting;
- Replacement of the affected component;
- Repair through an approved service arrangement;
- Product replacement where appropriate.
The appropriate solution will depend on the fault, product condition, availability of replacement parts and applicable consumer law.
If the issue is not covered by warranty, paid replacement parts or repair support may still be available. Any applicable costs will be confirmed before service is arranged.
7. Replacement Parts, Returns & Shipping
For approved warranty claims, JOFEN will provide the appropriate instructions for replacement parts, repair or return. Where possible, an issue may be resolved by replacing the affected component rather than returning the complete scooter.
Please do not return any product or component without prior authorization. Shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be confirmed before service is arranged and will remain subject to applicable consumer law.
8. KuKirin, JOYOR & NAVEE Products
Warranty periods and component coverage for KuKirin and JOYOR electric scooters and parts, and NAVEE accessories and spare parts, may differ from the JOFEN warranty table above. For detailed coverage, please refer to the applicable KuKirin Warranty, JOYOR Warranty or NAVEE Warranty.
If the product was purchased directly from the JOFEN website, please contact JOFEN customer service for warranty assistance. Applicable brand warranty terms are provided as additional product-specific information and do not limit any mandatory rights you may have against JOFEN as the seller.
9. Consumer Rights
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights and remedies available under applicable law.
For Australian consumers:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Customers purchasing eligible products in European countries may also have statutory legal guarantee rights under applicable European and national consumer law. Customers in other supported countries retain any mandatory consumer rights provided by their local laws.
