Received 3 days after ordering, I rode it for 30 kilometers off-road and on the road, and so far everything is perfect. The scooter is very pleasant in all conditions, the cruise control is surprising; I advise against activating it if you are not used to it. I managed to reach 65 km/h with a weight of 94 kg. I've had the scooter for 2 weeks now, ride it to work every day and am really very satisfied! I'm glad I ordered the very latest model. Very solid workmanship, great dampers, good brakes and tires and it also has a lot of power. The mudguards on the T10 are also great, clothes stay clean, even in really wet weather. The package arrived but FedEx left it in an unsafe place (at the public door outside the apartments and not inside next to my door) this is the date that my package does not appear and no one gives me an answer. What a bad service you have.

For now, I am very happy with this purchase, the product works perfectly. But time will tell; I hope the quality won't deteriorate so easily. The communication with the seller was smooth. Quick and simple response. I had a problem with the handlebars and the seller was able to respond to me appropriately. I repaired the scooter myself, but his advice is still useful to know. I bought the joyor t10, the successor model to the s10, and am very excited and happy with it! I already had the s10 model and I was very happy with it! A lot has been improved on the T10, such as the suspension and mudguard. It's a lot of fun to drive and is worth every cent!!!

Hello, The scooter itself is very good and powerful. However, I've had several breakdowns with this scooter. The front light hasn't worked since I received it, and now the NFC is no longer working, so it is no longer possible to use the scooter without entering an unlock code, which is very annoying. Furthermore, the after-sales service is not very responsive. I had to report my problems several times to get a response. I asked for my scooter to be replaced with another one because I am happy with the model, but I am still waiting for customer service to let me know if my scooter will be replaced.
The item arrived perfectly without any problems! The battery lasts a very long time and my son also rides it to school almost daily. The suspension is great, and so is the look. Plus, the fact that it can carry 150kg is amazing. Thank you for this monster.
