    What is the maximum torque of the Stroll 1? Can I change this torque?

    The peak torque of the Stroll 1 can reach 32 Nm. We do not recommend personal modifications to increase the torque.

    Does the Stroll 1 have a throttle? Can I disable the throttle?

    The Stroll 1 does not have a throttle and fully complies with EU road regulations.

    Can I get approval for a refund when I need it?

    Of course. When you need a refund, you should prepare the bike for return. You can return the bike within 14 days after receiving it, no questions asked, though there are some special exceptions. You can visit our after-sales page for more details.

    What Is The Max Range? What Is Battery’s Life? How Can I Maintain The Battery?

    Assist Max range: 100 km.Battery rated for 300 charge cycles（Battery efficiency down to 80%）. (Approx 6-7 hours per charge session). Battery Maintain: Charge battery at least once a month if you plan to not use E-bike on a regular basis.
